The Rainbow Light Healing System Level 1 is a form of energy healing using the colours of the Rainbow which correspond to the colours of the 7 main chakras of the body:
Red - Base Chakra
Orange - Sacral Chakra
Yellow - Solar Plexus
Green - Heart Chakra
Blue - Throat Chakra
Indigo - 3rd Eye/Brow Chakra
Violet - Crown Chakra
You will learn about the chakras, how to use the energies for healing and how to pass on the attunement to others.
