Doing so, we only would build up new blockades. We will only experience harmony with ourselves when we accept us like we are, and with this also accept the so called negativity. Only when we can accept our negativity, we can discharge it. With this we go into oneness and leave duality behind. So we become observers, but do not judge anymore.  After the attunement you are able to attune others or to heal with this energy. The three nivels are to be attuned in just one initiation, there is no period between each of them."
