To receive the attunement, you can print out the Master Pyramid Matrix in the manual and place crystals or salt at the outer points which represent the star of david configuration - the crystals or salt will help absorb the energies so that the attunement isnt too powerful for you.  Once you have been attuned, you can use the Matrix for meditation, distance and in-person healing for yourself and others, manifestation, protection, invoking the angels, psychic development and for passing the attunement on to others.
