Animal Path Healing is a lovely healing system that will help connect you with your animal totems and it uses three symbols that can be used for self healing, guidance, building a stronger connection to Spirit and distance healing.  In the manual you will be shown a meditation, a brief description of animal totems, the symbols and how to pass the attunement on to others.
