"You can even make your own Ethereal Herb Oils by filling a bottle with any Oil, I like to use Organic Sunflower Oil, adding a few drops of your favourite a romatherapy Oils (please perform a small skin test before adding any aromatherapy oils to your carrier oil) then just point your finger or palm of your hand towards the bottle or even hold the bottle in your hands while your hands are in Prayer position and intend for the etheric herbal energies to enter into the oil through your hands/finger. You can say the name of the herb 3 times if you would like to but once the intention is set it has worked, Just Believe and INTEND."
