What is the approximate length of each attunement? 10-40 minutes. It is advisable to leave around 2-3 days in between each attunement to give your body time to get used to the energies.

If you do wish to complete case studies, you will receive a CERTIFICATE OF MASTERY, which mentions that you have completed case studies.
