                      USUI REIKI                          

 

LEVEL 1

The Reiki Level 1 course enables you to become a Reiki channel, so that you can heal yourself and your family/friends using the universal life force energy that is all around us.  You will be taught both the Western and Japanese methods.

The course includes:

  • Introduction to Reiki
  • History of Reiki
  •  Reiki Principles
  • Chakras and The Aura
  • Grounding and Protection
  • Reiki 1 Ethics
  • Receive two Attunements and two Empowerments over two different days
  • Give and receive a full healing using the Western and Japanese Hand Positions
  • Meditation
  • Ki Components
  • Reiki Circle
  • Hatsurei Ho
  • Training Exercises

Prerequisite: None
 
The in-person course is a 2 day course, which will be held over two Saturdays.  Normally the western methods of the course are taught on the first day and the japanese methods are taught on the second day.  The distance course is held over two evenings (UK time), between Monday and Friday.

 
LEVEL 2 (coming soon)
 

The Reiki Level 2 course takes you to practitioner level, where you will be able to heal others professionally once you complete the workshop, complete your case studies, get your certificate and obtain your insurance.  Your certificate will only be given once you have completed the workshop and all of your case studies.  You will be taught both the Western and Japanese methods.

 

The course includes:

  • Receiving 1 Attunement and 1 Empowerment over 1 day
  • Three Sacred Symbols 
  • Kotodama
  • Giving and receiving a healing using either the three symbols or the Kotodama
  • How to perform Distance Healings using either the three symbols of the Kotodama
  •  Meditation
  • Training Exercises
Prerequisite: Usui Reiki Level 1

LEVEL 3 (coming soon)

Reiki  Level 3 is Master/Teacher level.  You will receive the Master Attunements and Empowerments, as well as being shown how to attune others to Reiki.  You will be taught both the Western and Japanese methods in this course.  You will receive your cetificates once you complete the workshop and all of your requirements.  The requirements for in-person students are that you need to sit in on a Reiki 1, 2 and 3 workshop and show that you know how to pass on the attunements/empowerments.  For distance students, you need to practice giving yourself Reiki 1, 2 and 3 attunements/empowerments (or you can send them to me if you wish).  All students will also need to write a short essay on your reiki journey to date

The course includes:
  • Master Symbols
  • Receive two Master Attunements and two Master Empowerments over two days
  • Give and receive a healing using Master Symbols
  • Meditation
  • How to give Western and Japanese Attunements and Empowerments
  • How to lead Reiki Circle and Hatsurei Ho
  • Training exercises, including building a crystal grid.

Prerequisite: Usui Reiki Level 2

I recommend leaving at least 21 days in between each level.

 

All in-person Usui Reiki courses come with printed manual(s) and printed certificate(s).  If you take a distance course, the manual(s) will be e-mailed to you and the certificate(s) will be posted.

I am not currently holding any in-person Usui Reiki Workshops at the moment.  My mum, Marion Craig is holding Usui Reiki Workshops in her therapy room in Hamilton, Lanarkshire.  Please contact me for more information.

A Reiki Share is held in Hamilton, Lanarkshire, Scotland, for practice and on-going support.  For those doing the distance courses, there will be on-going e-mail support as required.
