COURSES
I offer many spiritual and healing courses, which come with an e-mailed manual/s (or printed if you attend a Usui Reiki workshop), attunement/s, an e-mailed or posted certificate, and my full support by e-mail before, during and after each course.
Each course has been channelled, prepared and brought forth by another person, so the manuals have not been written by me and are simply passed on in their original form (except for the Usui Reiki ones). Some manuals are very short and simple and others are more comprehensive. Some courses have attunements to healing systems, others have attunements to spiritual energies and some have empowerments, which help you to bring out your own power. Attunements or empowerments are simply connections to healing energies, spiritual energies or to specific spiritual beings, ie angels, or a way of empowering yourself to bring out a gift or knowledge that you already have within you. Anyone can channel healing energy or be connected to an angel for help or healing, or be able to develop their spiritual gifts without an attunement or empowerment, but an attunement or empowerment will enable you to experience the connection more deeply, and make the connection to the energy stronger.
There are some courses suitable for beginners, but a lot of the courses will be easier to understand if you already have energy work experience. Some courses require you to be a Reiki Master before you can enrol on them. Each individual course page will tell you what the pre-requisite of each course is.
My courses are not professionally accredited at this time, but I hope to get them accredited sometime this year. They are however accredited by Source :-)
Here is what will happen if you book a distance course with me:

Once you have paid for/booked your course, I will e-mail you the manual for that course, then I will schedule in a time for your attunement/s that suits us both. I am available each night Monday-Friday for attunements once my children have gone to sleep, so that is around 9.30pm-10.30pm GMT (United Kingdom timezone). However, if this time does not suit you, we can arrange an alternative time that suits us both. If your course has a few attunements in it, it is advisable to leave at least 3 days or more between each one. I do not recommend any more than 2 attunements per week, as you may experience a cleansing from them, and I wouldn't want you to get too overloaded at the one time.

You will be required to study your manual and practice any meditations/exercises in it, if any. If you have any questions about any of the material, you can e-mail me anytime and I will answer any questions you may have.

When the time comes for you to receive your attunement, all you have to do is go somewhere you will be uninterrupted, relax and intend that you are now going to receive the attunement from me. The attunement will then start flowing, and you may feel energy around you, heat, cold, tingling, colours etc... it is different for everyone. Some people feel a lot, others feel hardly anything. Know that each attunement will have been performed correctly by me and that your higher self will make sure that you bring in the perfect attunement for your own needs. Each attunement lasts around 15-30 minutes. I will always spend a full 30 minutes with you, so if your actual attunement lasts for 20 minutes for example, I will then send you 10 minutes of that particular healing or spiritual energy to complement your attunement.

Once you have received your attunement, I will e-mail you afterwards to let you know that I have completed it. I will then be available the following morning to answer any questions that you may have sent me.

There are no actual tests or exams to complete in any of the courses, but I will require a few case studies from you to complete your course once you have received all of your attunements (Usui Reiki courses have more case studies). This is to ensure that you have read and understand the manual, have worked with the energy yourself, are able to pass on the energy to others and are able to pass on the attunement confidently before receiving your certificate. I used to offer all attunements (except for Usui Reiki of course) with no case studies, as many Reiki Masters do, but I feel that if you want to practice using this energy for yourself and others then it is good if you have completed some work for your certificate, then you can add these courses to your own professional practice if you wish. The main case studies I will require may differ with each course. If the course is a healing system, I will require that you have performed a self healing on yourself, sent out a distance healing, performed an in-person healing on someone and performed an attunement/s. If the course is a spiritual course or empowerment, with no healing system, then I will require that you practice using the energy in your own development and perform an attunement/s. You can practice on yourself, family, friends or even me if you have no-one to help you with case studies. With sending out the attunement, I know that not everyone will have someone who would like to receive an attunement, so in this case you can either perform it on yourself (self-attunement), or on me if you wish. After each case study, all I will need is a paragraph or two typed up of how it went and how you felt. If your client or student want to let you know how they felt too, you can type that up also. It is not a test to see how academic you are. I just want to know if you have worked with the energy and how you felt when using it.

If at any time you have any questions about anything in the manual, about receiving your attunement, or completing your case studies, I will be here for you by e-mail to answer them. Once you are confident that you understand your manual, have received your attunement/s, have completed your case studies and done your short write up about them, then you will receive your certificate. This will either be e-mailed or posted to your home address (depending on which certificate option you paid for).

You will be able to practice using the energy on yourself, friends and family as soon as you have received your attunement. Then once you have completed your case studies and received your certificate, you can add the course to your professional practice if you wish.

I will still be available after you receive your certificate, for any further questions or support you may require by e-mail.

After each attunement, you are advised to rest, drink water, eat lightly and practice using the energy on yourself. As I said earlier, you may experience a cleansing, because your energy will be shifting to make room for these new energy connections you have received. Also some attunements trigger old energies you have in your system to be brought to the surface for release. This is so you can become lighter and brigher in order to be able to channel healing energies more efficiently or to develop spiritually.
Usui Reiki Courses should be available as in-person workshops in 2009. At the moment, I only have a manual ready for Usui Reiki 1, so if you would like to book the distance Usui Reiki course with me, I can only provide Usui Reiki 1 at the moment. I am still in the process of writing the Usui Reiki 2 and 3 manuals and I do not know when these will be complete. If it is the Usui Reiki in-person workshops you are interested in, my mum, Marion Craig, is currently available to do them, so I could pass on your details to her if you wish (just e-mail me and let me know).

If you wish to book a distance course, you can either pay through Paypal or you can pay by UK cheque or UK postal order. Paypal lets you pay either with a Paypal account, or securely with your Debit or Credit Card (you don't need to have a Paypal account to pay by Debit or Credit card). Please see each individual course page to access the Paypal button you will need in order to pay for and book your course. When you click on a Paypal button, you will be taken to a secure page from Paypal where you can enter your details. If you wish to pay for your distance course by UK cheque or UK postal order, please e-mail me or use my contact me form to book and I will give you details of where to send it.
For distance courses, your manuals will be e-mailed to you and your attunement/s scheduled once I receive payment. Please allow up to 7-14 days for me to complete your order from the date of payment. I can only do so many attunements each day due to family responsibilities.
