Policies

All purchases are final and no refunds are available, except where an item is accidentally paid for twice. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I may be willing to replace it or offer you another one of my services for free.

Distance Healing/Therapy sessions and Courses will be scheduled once I receive payment. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for me to complete Healing/Therapy Sessions and Courses from the date of receiving payment. I can only do so many each day due to family responsibilities. The waiting time may be longer for distance Readings, depending on demand. Occasionally the waiting list for Readings is around 3 weeks. I will let you know when you book what the approximate waiting time is.
