The manual has lots of information on dolphins and the author's experiences with dolphins as well as exercises and meditations that will help you connect wtih dolphins and form a stronger bond with them.

Once you have been attuned to this system, you will be able to use the energy for yourself and others. You will also be able to pass this attunement on to others.
